Our nail wraps can generally lasts upto 10days with proper application and depending on your daily activities. To achieve even longer lasting effect, you can apply a thin layer of top coat. And most importantly, try not to wet your fingers for two hours after application.

To remove nail wraps you can either soak fingers in warm water and gently peel from the bottom corner of finger nail towards the tip of fingernail; or use nail polish remover to easily remove our nail wraps, as they are made from 100% nail polish wraps!

To find the correct size for each finger, overlay nail wraps against your fingers, choose the one that is slightly smaller than your nail to avoid the wrap overlaps onto your skin or cuticle which may cause lifting at edges. If necessary, feel free to use scissors to slightly trim down the wraps to suit.

All shipments are delivered from Sydney, Australia, via Australia Post. The estimated timeframe for (i) Standard delivery is 3-10 business days after dispatch; (ii) Express delivery is 1-3 business days after dispatch. Refer to Shipping & Delivery Information for latest delivery updates
Sure! We offer three (3) types of delivery methods within Australia via AusPost (1) Standard delivery without tracking; (2) Standard delivery with tracking; (3) Express with tracking. If you have chosen delivery method with tracking, your order delivery can be tracked via Australia Post. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order is dispatched.
At this stage, we only deliver within Australia. But don't worry girls, hopefully we will be able to further expand our business and ship internationally pretty soon.
We'd love our customers as much as you'd love your pretty manicure. We offer a fourteen (14) day return/refund policy .To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To complete your return, we require a purchase receipt and proof of purchase to be sent to contact@jollytokki.com.au . Once we approved your return/refund request, we will email and let you know the procedure. Please note shipping and handling are non-refundable.
