Return & Exchange

We have a 14-day return & return policy. If fourteen (14) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To complete your return, we require a purchase receipt and proof of purchase to be sent to contact@jollytokki.com.au

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Not Eligible for returns

- Items marked as 'non-refundable/exchangeable' during a special sale or event period are strictly non-returnable.
- Any item not in its original condition and sealed packaging, is damages or missing parts for reasons not due to factory defect.
- Any item returned more than fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery.
- Any item not purchased directly through our website (www.jollytokki.com.au).
- We do our best to capture & publish the products' photos as true to color as possible. However, actual colors may vary from website product photos and may vary with PC/mobile/tablet's screen due to monitor color settings. Under such circumstances, products are not eligible for returns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds 

(if applicable)

Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within certain amount of days depending on your bank.

 

 

Shipping

To return your product, please drop us an email at contact@jollytokki.com.au with the following details and we will advise the returning address & process:

1) Contact details (email and contact number)

2) Order ID

3) Reason for return

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to factory defects. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
